Super friendly and helpful manager who personally picked me up from the bus station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Great mountain views and breathtaking sunsets over the beach. Convenient location with OXXO and other eateries nearby. Safe neighborhood even at night. Definitely coming back!

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the helpfulness of the staff. The bed provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage and provide me with information about the area. Additionally, the fact that the hotel is located away from the bustling city center was actually a blessing in disguise. It allowed me to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy a more authentic experience with the locals.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hotel's location was quite far away from the main attractions, which meant it took quite some time and effort to get to the beach or the downtown area.

The value for money at Brisas Del Pacifico was fair, and the room was comfortable with hot water. The location was peaceful in the hills, away from the touristy downtown scene, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful mountain views. the staff was personable, helpful, and even picked me up from the bus station. There were several kiosks and eateries nearby, including an OXXO convenience store. the hotel also provided hot water and the price was fair.
Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.

the price was fair and the staff was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing information about the area. I was pleased to find that the hotel had hot water and a comfortable bed. the location was also a plus, as it was a nice and relaxing place. I was able to easily take a bus to the city center, which took about 40-50 minutes. I felt safe everywhere, even at night, and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.
It was a great experience and I'm already planning to return. Cons: Nothing at all!
